Birthday deposits are nonrefundable. We use the deposit to block the spot and to purchase everything early so it will be ready on time. Please do not insist. No deposit will be refunded, no exceptions. Thank you for
understanding.
Our indoor playground is designed for kids ages 0-7. However, every guest over 6 months until 13 years old counts as a guest in our packages.
Socks and signed waivers are required for all guests, including those not playing. Socks are available for purchase on site. Please send the waiver link to each guest.
Signing the waiver before the event saves a lot of time upon arrival.

Outside food for adults is allowed; however, there will be a one-time fee applied. Please note that we do not provide utensils for food or drinks that are not served by us. Remember to take any leftover food
with you at the end of the event. Food is not permitted in the play area. In the event of a food spill or mess in the play area (especially in the ball pit), a cleaning fee may apply.
All children who are not potty-trained are required to wear diapers.
The party balance must be paid in full at least 5 days prior to the event date. Party deposits and payments are non-refundable.
