Welcome to Play Land! By accessing and using our services, including memberships, classes, open play sessions, and party packages, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Memberships

• Membership Benefits: Members receive unlimited access to open play, discounts on party packages, and priority booking for events and classes.
• Membership Plans: We offer three membership options with unique benefits, limitations, and fees.
• Monthly Billing: Membership fees are billed monthly. Memberships can be canceled with a 30-day notice, but no refunds will be provided for partial months.
• Non-Transferable: Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the family listed on the account.

2. Open Play

• Pricing: $20.00 + tax for one adult and one child. Additional adults are $12.99 each, with a 10% sibling discount. Children aged 0-12 months are free with a paying sibling.
• Supervision: Parents or guardians must supervise their children at all times.
• Socks Required: For safety and hygiene, all guests must wear socks. No shoes or bare feet are allowed in play areas.

3. Party Packages

• Superhero Package: $599.99 - Includes private party room for 2 hours, 12 children (Max 25), pizza (cheese), juice boxes, bottled water, party assistants, and more. Additional child: $15. Non-refundable deposit: $300.
• Marvel Package: $899.99 - Includes private party room for 2.5 hours, 15 children (Max 35), themed decor, coffee for adults, and more. Additional child: $20. Non-refundable deposit: $400.
• Legends Package: $1399.99 - Includes exclusive use of Play Land for 2.5 hours, 15 children (Max 30), themed cupcakes, cotton candy machine, and more. Additional child: $20. Non-refundable deposit: $650.
• Important Information: Socks and signed waivers are required for all guests, including those not playing. Decorations upgrades are available for an extra cost. Cake is not included, so please bring your own cake. Deposits and payments are non-refundable. Parties can be rescheduled with at least 7 days' notice.

4. Safety and Hygiene

• Waiver Requirement: A signed waiver is required for all guests participating in any activity.
• Dress Code: Socks are required in play areas, and comfortable, safe attire is recommended for children.
• Health and Cleanliness: Please do not bring children who are unwell. We reserve the right to ask anyone with signs of illness to leave for the safety of others.

5. Liability

• Assumption of Risk: By using our facilities, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks in play and activity areas. Play Land is not liable for any injuries sustained on the premises.
• Personal Belongings: Play Land is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please supervise and secure personal belongings during your visit.

6. Changes to Terms

• Modifications: Play Land reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be posted, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of these modifications.
